Alexandre Bouvier

As an artist-developer, this explorer of the many possibilities offered by sound, visual, and light media conceives his practice as an aesthetic crossroads between styles. Trained at the Aubervilliers-la Courneuve Conservatory alongside Jonathan Pontier and then at the Paris Conservatory, he began his career in the field of live performance.

He composes for multiple companies such as Eric Ming Cuong Castaing - Shonen, Alessandro Sciarroni - Corpo Celeste, Mélanie Perrier - Cie 2minimum, Jann Gallois - Cie Burnout, Gaetan Brun Picard, Mike Sens, Kitsou Dubois, River Lin, as well as with musical artists from various backgrounds, from hip-hop to techno, including chanson and contemporary music, in collaboration with Grégoire Simon and their duo Yes Soeur!.

In addition to his collaborations for live performance, he composes music for light installations - Visual System, Sébastien Lefevre, creating immersive multimedia experiences that allow spectators to dive into complex sound and visual worlds.

His passion for innovation and new technologies constantly leads him to explore new territories in his artistic practice, thus creating a body of work that reflects his unique vision of contemporary aesthetics.

YADRE COMPANY was co-founded by Peng Shiya and Alexandre Bouvier in 2021. They created "RainDrops" for Taipei City University. They created "RainDrops" for Taipei University (Taiwan). They have been involved in several cultural action initiatives such as PACTES, Territorial Artistic and Cultural Residencies in schools with the Théâtre de L’onde, and with the City of Bobigny for an "artist in school" residency.
